Eva Arrébola Martínez
Urban planning and real estate law. Administrative law and administrative court procedural law.
As a fully qualified and practicing Lawyer since 2002, she has gained a wide experience in numerous administrative procedures and in contentious-administrative proceedings. Ms Arrébola´s key specialities are in urban planning law (urbanistic planning management and discipline, and compulsory purchases) and environmental law. Including providing support and advice to a wide range of urban planning projects proceedings, numerous Owners Associations and other organisations which participate in Urban Planning. She has lead negotiations with the Administration on a national and regional level. As a recognised specialist in her areas of practice she has taken part in numerous international due diligence procedures.
Further Ms Arrébola is an active member of various professional organizations and has also given a range of lectures concerning Environmental Law at various conferences.
Ms. Arrébola actively participates in several law organizations holding representation on the Committee for Relations with the Administration and Justice of the Barcelona Law Bar.
