{"id":98,"date":"2012-11-20T14:16:11","date_gmt":"2012-11-20T12:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fabregat-perulles-sales.com\/actualidad\/?p=98"},"modified":"2014-11-26T14:52:26","modified_gmt":"2014-11-26T12:52:26","slug":"impuesto-sobre-la-renta-de-no-residentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fabregat-perulles-sales.com\/actualidad\/impuesto-sobre-la-renta-de-no-residentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Impuesto sobre la renta de no residentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por la presente les informamos sobre las modificaciones recogidas en el Real-Decreto Ley 20\/2011, de 30 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes en materia presupuestaria, tributaria y financiera para la correcci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit p\u00fablico, por lo que respecta \u00fanicamente al <a title=\"Agencia Tributaria Espa\u00f1a\" href=\"http:\/\/www.agenciatributaria.es\/AEAT.internet\/Inicio_es_ES\/La_Agencia_Tributaria\/Campanas\/No_residentes\/No_residentes.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Impuesto de la Renta de No Residentes<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para el periodo del 1 de enero de 2012 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2012 se aplican los siguientes grav\u00e1menes para el Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residentes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24,75 % <\/strong>como gravamen general aplicable a los rendimientos obtenidos por no residentes sin establecimiento permanente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>21 % <\/strong>cuando los rendimientos obtenidos sin establecimiento permanente tengan su origen en dividendos, intereses o ganancias patrimoniales<\/li>\n<li><strong>21 % <\/strong>como gravamen complementario aplicable a las transferencias al extranjero de las rentas obtenidas por establecimientos permanentes de entidades no residentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2012 bis zum 31. Dezember 2012 finden die folgenden Steuers\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Nichtresidentensteuer Anwendung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24,75 % <\/strong>als allgemeiner Steuersatz anwendbar auf die Eink\u00fcnfte von Nichtresidenten ohne Betriebsst\u00e4tte<\/li>\n<li><strong>21 % <\/strong>wenn die erzielten Eink\u00fcnfte ohne Betriebsst\u00e4tten aus Dividenden, Zinsen oder Verm\u00f6gensgewinnen stammen<\/li>\n<li><strong>21 % <\/strong>als zus\u00e4tzlicher Steuersatz anwendbar auf \u00dcberweisungen der durch Betriebsst\u00e4tten von nicht ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen erzielten Eink\u00fcnfte ins Ausland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the period from January 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2012 until December 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2012 the following tax rates apply for the Non Residents Tax:<\/p>\n<p><strong>24,75 % <\/strong>as general tax rate applicable to the income of non-residents without a permanent establishment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>21 % <\/strong>when the obtained income
