enero, sobre derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en Espa\u00f1a y su integraci\u00f3n social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se ampl\u00edan las medidas de protecci\u00f3n que dicha Ley reconoce a las mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero y a las v\u00edctimas de maltratos que decidan denunciar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Real Decreto 1710\/2011, de 18 de noviembre, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto 240\/2007, de 16 de febrero, sobre entrada, libre circulaci\u00f3n y residencia en Espa\u00f1a de ciudadanos de los Estados miembros de la Uni\u00f3n  Europea y de otros Estados parte en el Acuerdo sobre el Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo<em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Instrucci\u00f3n 3\/12 de la Comisar\u00eda General de Extranjer\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Establece que en los procedimientos de solicitud de asignaci\u00f3n de NIE por raz\u00f3n de intereses econ\u00f3micos, profesionales o sociales previstos en el art\u00edculo 557\/2011, de 20 de abril, se aceptar\u00e1 la presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud del NIE en Espa\u00f1a personalmente o <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a trav\u00e9s
