Feburar 2014<\/strong> zur Vereinheitlichung von bargeldlosen Zahlungsvorg\u00e4ngen die nationalen Zahlverfahren f\u00fcr \u00dcberweisungen und Lastschriften in den L\u00e4ndern der Europ\u00e4ischen Union auslaufen und durch das <strong>SEPA-Verfahren<\/strong> (Single Euro Payments Area) ersetzt. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zwar k\u00f6nnen Zahlungsdienstleister bis zum <strong>1. August 2014<\/strong> ausnahmsweise und in Absprache mit ihren Kunden weiterhin die nationalen Altformate annehmen. Dies stellt jedoch lediglich eine Verl\u00e4ngerung der Umstellungsfrist dar und macht die Umstellung als solche keineswegs entbehrlich. SEPA ersetzt die nationalen Kontonummern und Bankleitzahlen durch die IBAN (International Bank Account Number). Zus\u00e4tzlich ist bei grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Zahlungsvorg\u00e4ngen die Angabe des <strong>BIC<\/strong> (Business Identifier Code) bis Februar 2016 erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders zu beachten sind die <strong>notwendigen Einverst\u00e4ndniserkl\u00e4rungen<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Einzug von SEPA-Lastschriften (sog. SEPA-Mandate), sowohl f\u00fcr die SEPA-Basis-Lastschrift als auch f\u00fcr die SEPA-Firmenlastschrift (B2B). Diese Mandate umfassen einerseits die Zustimmung des Zahlenden zum Einzug der Zahlung per SEPA-Lastschrift an den Zahlungsempf\u00e4nger und andererseits den Auftrag an den eigenen Zahlungsdienstleister zur Einl\u00f6sung und Kontobelastung der Zahlung. Deutsche Musterformulare f\u00fcr die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.die-deutsche-kreditwirtschaft.de\/uploads\/media\/120720_DK_Beispiele_Muster_SEPA_Lastschriftmandat-SDD_Basis-Core_09072012.pdf\">SEPA-Basis-Lastschrift<\/a> und f\u00fcr die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.die-deutsche-kreditwirtschaft.de\/uploads\/media\/120720_DK_Beispiele_Muster_SEPA-Firmenlastschrift-Mandat-SDD_Firmen-B2B_09072012.pdf\">SEPA-Firmenlastschrift<\/a> wurden von der Deutschen Kreditwirtschaft bereitgestellt. F\u00fcr Spanien wurden diese Formulare sowie ausf\u00fchrliche Informationen von der <a href=\"http:\/\/empresa.lacaixa.es\/deployedfiles\/empresas\/Estaticos\/pdf\/Transferenciasyficheros\/Cuaderno_50_SEPA_Abril_2013.pdf\">Spanischen Sparkassenvereinigung<\/a>
