pasado 19 de noviembre, el Parlamento de Catalu\u00f1a valid\u00f3 por unanimidad el <a title=\"Decreto Ley 3\/2015\" href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/CCAA\/560226-dley-3-2015-de-6-oct-ca-cataluna-modificacion-de-l-25-2010-29-jul-del.html\" target=\"_blank\">Decreto ley 3\/2015, de 6 de octubre, de modificaci\u00f3n de la ley 25\/2010, de 29 de julio, del libro segundo del c\u00f3digo civil de Catalu\u00f1a<\/a>, para la creaci\u00f3n de un <b>registro<\/b> de <b>parejas de hecho<\/b> \u00fanico a nivel auton\u00f3mico para extender y consolidar la igualdad en materia de derechos civiles y su ejercicio por las parejas estables respecto a otros territorios del Estado, y muy especialmente para facilitar el acceso al derecho a percibir <b>pensi\u00f3n de viudedad<\/b> de la <b>Seguridad Social<\/b>, teniendo en cuenta la validez y suficiencia que otorga el Tribunal Constitucional a la
