{"id":1186,"date":"2014-07-16T20:10:40","date_gmt":"2014-07-16T18:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fabregat-perulles-sales.com\/actualidad\/?p=1186"},"modified":"2014-11-26T14:22:12","modified_gmt":"2014-11-26T12:22:12","slug":"die-entwicklung-auslandischer-investitionen-in-spanien-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fabregat-perulles-sales.com\/actualidad\/die-entwicklung-auslandischer-investitionen-in-spanien-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Die Entwicklung ausl\u00e4ndischer Investitionen in Spanien 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nach ein paar Jahren auf der Intensivstation sind die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rtve.es\/noticias\/20140320\/inversion-extranjera-neta-cambia-signo-2013-suma-15398-millones-euros\/900980.shtml\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ausl\u00e4ndischen Investitionen in Spanien<\/span><\/a> im Jahr 2013 um 8,8 % angestiegen und haben ein Investitionsvolumen von \u00fcber EUR 15.800 Millionen erreicht. Der Investitionsstrom hat sich besonders auf die folgenden <strong>vier Sektoren<\/strong> konzentriert:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das Finanz- und Versicherungswesen (EUR 3.140 Millionen), die Fertigungsindustrie (EUR 2.641 Millionen), die Immobilienbranche (EUR 1.787 Millionen) und das Baugewerbe (EUR 1.437 Millionen).<\/p>\n<p>Die Zahlen im Bereich der<strong> Immobilienbranche<\/strong> und dem <strong>Baugewerbe<\/strong> sind besonders wichtig, wenn man bedenkt, dass beide Bereiche schwer von der Finanz- (und Wirtschafts-) Krise getroffen wurden, die Spanien nach dem Zusammenbruch der Immobilienblase im Jahr 2008 erlitten hat.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits scheint die Fertigungsindustrie (noch) nicht allzu viele ausl\u00e4ndische Investitionen angezogen zu haben. Abgesehen davon, dass sie sich auf dem zweiten Platz der vorgenannten Sektoren befindet, sind im letzten Jahr die get\u00e4tigten Investitionen in der Fertigungsindustrie im Vergleich zum Jahr 2012 um 38,5% zur\u00fcck gegangen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung der ausl\u00e4ndischen Investitionen des letzten Jahres sollte beachtet werden, dass das Investitionsvolumen eindeutig hohe Konzentrationsdichten aufweist. Dies k\u00f6nnte an dem so genannten <strong>\u201eheadquarters effect\u201c<\/strong> (\u201eHauptsitzeffekt\u201c) liegen, welcher besagt, dass die Verteilung der Investitionen unmittelbar davon abh\u00e4ngt, wo die Unternehmen ihre Hauptniederlassungen haben. So waren <strong>Madrid und Katalonien<\/strong>, da die meisten Unternehmen dort ihren Sitz haben, die spanischen Regionen, in welchen sich der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil des Investitionsflusses (\u00fcber 75%) konzentriert hat.<\/p>\n<p>Schlussendlich ist die oben beschriebene positive Entwicklung auch mit der <a href=\"http:\/\/economia.elpais.com\/economia\/2014\/03\/20\/agencias\/1395315062_543172.html\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Abnahme an Enteignungsverfahren<\/span><\/a> verbunden, was dazu beigetragen hat, die Kapitalabwanderung zu reduzieren. Dies, zusammen mit dem wichtigen Beitrag der ausl\u00e4ndischen Investitionen in die \u00f6ffentliche Verschuldung in 2013 (welche Ende letzten Jahres einen Rekord erreichte), l\u00e4sst vermuten,
