FABREGAT PERULLES SALES advises the integration of NAGARES S.A. in the German MAHLE GROUP.
NAGARES S.A. shareholders agree to sell the 100% of the shares of the company to the worldwide leader MAHLE. It has been agreed not to disclose any additional details about the transaction, which is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
